Who is Your Official Gear®?
Your Official Gear® creates, hosts, and manages customized e-commerce stores for schools and organizations nationwide. We process, produce and ship customized spiritwear and provide cashback on every online order.
How do I set-up my own store?
It’s easy! Contact us at 800.441.1154, sign our approval form, and we will start designing your store with your logo for your gear! You can also visit www.yourofficialgear.com for more information.
Is it secure?
Your Official Gear® uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for protecting information and safely processing orders. The SSL encrypts your order information into an indecipherable code so that you are protected. Once you begin the checkout process you will be in this secure area for the remainder of your transaction with us.
Minimum Orders
There are no minimum order sizes to meet through your online store. You can buy one item or as many items as you would like. Minimum quantities for bulk order discounts start as low as 6 items.
Turn-around time?
We make every effort to fill your order as quickly as possible. It is our expectation that from the moment you click purchase, your merchandise will be processed and shipped from our production facility within 10 business days. Once in a while, issues outside of our control may affect that time frame. On the rare occasion that a product you have purchased is on back-order, we will notify you within three business days of your purchase.

Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL except on defective merchandise! We do no accept returns or exchanges on sizing issues. When you receive your package from Your Official Gear®, please inspect it carefully to ensure that all of the merchandise you have purchased is in good condition. If any of your merchandise is defective, please contact customer service within 10 days from the ship date of your order, to find out how to ship your merchandise back to Your Official Gear®. Return merchandise should not be worn or washed.

When I clicked Check Out, my shopping cart was deleted
Some customers have high security settings on their computers. Occasionally these security settings may hinder the tracking of items in your cart. If your shopping cart empties at checkout, please give us a call (800.441.1154, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MST), and we will gladly process your order over the phone.
What is my card code (CVV2)?
Your card code is an additional measure of security to verify your credit card and protect you as a customer. It is the 3-4 digit code on the back of your credit card and is required prior to submission of your order.
My order has been declined

There are several possible reasons you have received this error message.


1. Verify that the billing address you have entered is identical to your credit card billing address.

2. Double-check that the credit card number you have inputted matches the card you wish to place your order on.

3. Check your CVV2 card code, occasionally there are multiple numbers on the back of your card. This code is a 3-4 digit number on the back of your card.

4. Only Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted at Yourofficialgear.com. Ensure the correct card type was entered.

5. Confirm the expiration date entered online is identical to the date on your card.
